Region: Burgundy, France
Variety: Pinot Noir
What's in the glass: Pinot Noir from vines with an average age of 20 years. The grapes are harvested from 2 plots at the bottom of the Volnay Santenots hillsides, Les Dressoles and Malpoiriers. Structured and powerful wine but retaining all the elegance and purity of fruit sought after by a Pinot Noir. On the palate, fleshy black fruits, a solid structure that will soften after a few years in the bottle. - Adèle & Elsa Matrot
