What's in the glass: Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and lime intermix with oyster shell, wet slate and mineral notes. Concentrated and shapely the palate features fresh pear and lime fruits over a wet slate and mineral flint back drop. Brisk acidity with a long flinty mineral laced finish that shows ample flesh and textural volume.
