What's in the glass: "The 2025 Bourgogne Aligoté has a vibrant nose of lime and candied orange peel, bright and lively. The palate is well balanced, with a caressing, slightly oily texture, the intensity countered by a keen line of acidity, with hints of white peach and pear. This has a purity that would embarrass some of the Aligoté in the Côte d'Or that sell for ridiculous sums.
