What's in the glass: A new treasure offered by the estate, the Aigue Marine cuvée stands out in particular. Made from Roussanne and Altesse grapes, and aged in terracotta vats, this creation reveals itself to be elegant, floral, complex and rounded. A delicate nose of white-fleshed fruilts, alpine flowers, and chalky notes comes through while retaining a beautiful purity and a brilliant freshness subtly marked by delicate, noble oxidative notes. On the palate, the attack is taut, the body ample, supported by a saline structure and a lovely energy. The finish is long and precise, with an elegant bitterness reminiscent of sun-baked slate
