Made from Roussanne and Altesse grapes, and aged in terracotta vats, this creation reveals itself to be elegant, floral, complex and rounded. A delicate nose of white-fleshed fruilts, alpine flowers, and chalky notes comes through while retaining a beautiful purity and a brilliant freshness subtly marked by delicate, noble oxidative notes. On the palate, the attack is taut, the body ample, supported by a saline structure and a lovely energy. The finish is long and precise, with an elegant bitterness reminiscent of sun-baked slate
