What's in the glass: Macedon Ranges Field blend of all the red varieties off the vineyard, predominantly Syrah which was direct pressed, barrel fermented and oxidatively aged blended with whole bunch cabernet franc, merlot, pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon so fermented in amphora, 12 months in bottle prior to release. No SO2 added.
