Bright and finely detailed, it opens with citrus peel, lemon zest and white blossom, backed by crisp green apple and a subtle stony minerality. The palate is fresh yet textural, think grapefruit, orchard fruit and a gentle savoury edge from time on lees, all wrapped in a clean, saline finish. There’s a lovely tension here, balancing energy with a quiet, Burgundian depth.
