What's in the glass: "The NV Brut Grande Réserve blends 69% Pinot Noir and 31% Chardonnay with about 20% reserve wines. Once some flinty reduction wears off freshly cut apple and smooth white baguette begin to show. They make a prompt reappearance on the rounded palate, uniting fruit and breadiness into smooth suppleness supported by brisk foam. Dosage is 9 grams per litre." - Anne Krebiehl
