What's in the glass: 52% Sauvignon Blanc and 48% Semillon, an orange wine that warms from the inside with aromas of classic Italian Negroni, citrus peel and orange blossoms. The vines were planted between 1976-1978 and biodynamically grown on Scott Henry and Lyre trellising systems. The wine spent 10 days on skins before fermentation in a combination of open fermenters, closed fermenters and amphorae. Aged in old French oak puncheons for 3 months.
