What's in the glass: The 2024 CO-OP Pinot Noir fruit was organically grown at the Stefani vineyard in Healesville, Yarra Valley. Clones mv6, Abel, Pommard, 777 and 115. Vine age 8-30 Years. 30% of the fruit was left as wholeclusters during fermentation. The wine was matured in seasoned barriques for nine months before bottling without fining or filtering.
