Light bodied & fragrant Grenache made with Pinot in mind. Fruit picked across full-flow of vintage for capturing bright acidity & light body, through to full ripeness/density. Numerous ferments handled differently for dynamic balance. Maturation in new 1800L Slavonian Oak Foudre for spice & drive. Slippery light red fruits, pretty aromatics & gentle tannin, plush savoury finish. A pretty & layered light wine. 12.9% abv
