The palate is medium-bodied, lifted by bright acidity and firm, fine-grained tannins that frame the red fruit core. Flavours echo red cherry, wild strawberry, subtle orange zest, and a touch of savory spice. A nervy minerality threads through the mid-palate, giving it tension and drive.
