What's in the glass: 'Fred - my wonderful Dad. A busy bee. Honey, hazelnut, pineapple and citrus blossom. The palate is generous and long with a burst of energy. I left the juice to soak with its skins for a 48 hours and also fermented a portion in the concrete egg shaped tanks which were made by one of the brothers of Cooke Brothers Wines - both these things have given contribute to the wines aroma, flavour and mouthfeel. A beautifully textured wine.' - Charlotte Dalton
