What's in the glass: The Aglianico for this wine is grown on the Top Block of our Heathcote Vineyard which shows elegance, restraint, lift and a fine firm structure. Wild fermented in old French oak barrels allowing the wine to relax and take on some savoury notes, with aromas of strawberry leaf, blood orange, cassia, and enoki mushroom, its persistent, and detailed, a wine that we’ve particularly fond of.
