What's in the glass: The co-op Castelmaure is made up of 150 like-minded farmers in the region of Corbieres. An appellation known for wines of density and power is in this instance eschewed for freshness, interest and a level of energy not seen in similar producers. Medium in body, tannin and acidity, it’s an absolute winner both at and away from the table. And it’s bottled without any sulphur additions whatsoever!
