What's in the glass: 2023 Review - A solid bright purple. The nose is a bit more restrained – not really discretion but just less evolved. A sense of fruit weight and structure, a lovely mouthful of firm dark red berry fruit, fine structure based on plentiful but refined tannins, and with good persistence. One barrel made of this high class Rugiens from the upper section. 92-94 points, Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy.
