What's in the glass: For no other reason than to be delicious. This is the FOURTH release of our PET-NAT (pétillant naturel). Think White peach, blossom, red apples and ruby grapefruit pith. When it should be drunk is up to you, probably not long after it comes into your possession. Pét-Nat is short for pétillant naturel, which is simply French for “naturally sparkling” – and that’s essentially what it is! Elevaged in 800L amphora, co-fermented March 2021, bottled June 2021.
