Region: Burgundy
Variety: Pinot Noir
What's in the glass: This blend draws Bourgogne-level fruit from mostly Leroux’s key sources: Maison Dieu in Pommard and Mon Poulain in Volnay, with some Monthelie villages now bringing freshness.
The wine is matured in a large Grenier oak cask alongside several smaller barrels. It a wonderful little Côte de Beaune red in a year when this area has done brilliantly with Pinot. A bargain.
