What's in the glass: Our 2025 Pinot Noir was harvested on the 21st of March and 2nd of April, utilizing two separate picks, first from the mid-slope and then from the lower and higher blocks. Interestingly, the grape sugars were almost identical for both picks, despite the 12 day difference. Both wines were fermented by wild yeasts, in (newer – second and third fill) French oak with the inclusion of 35% whole clusters.
