What's in the glass: Dark cherries and raspberries, charcuterie board meats, violets and dried herbs. Spicy, savoury, red licorice, star anise and cinnamon with a Sichuan pepper infusion , the hallmark of cooler climate syrah. Tannins are fine, seamless and oak is folded into be seen but not heard. Medium bodied, long and refined. Canberra syrah at is complex and floral best.
