Grenache for this wine was fermented as 100% whole bunch for a short 5 day maceration before being pressed to french oak barriques. The Shiraz component was pressed without maceration straight to stainless steel. The two wines were blended just prior to bottling.

Fruity, spicy, vibrant and seductive. Tastes of red fruits with subtle baking spices and sour cherries.
