What's in the glass: 2023 was a year of lighter yields as a result of extremely low bunch weights. This resulted in an increased skin to juice ratio, and with it more concentrated flavour and tannin. Cool ripening conditions throughout summer helped the fruit retain higher natural acidity than normal, giving the resulting wines more length and great balance.
