What's in the glass: Parcels of Pinot Noir clones 777, 114 and D5V12 were fermented separately, with small portions of whole berry and whole bunch to build nuance and structure. The wine was matured for 11 months in 500L French oak puncheons (15% new), with minimal intervention prior to bottling. The result is a Pinot of impressive depth and generous, velvety richness. Ripe red berries and black cherry unfold alongside sweet spice and fragrant forest floor notes, all wrapped in smooth, silky tannins that carry the wine long and harmoniously.
