What's in the glass: Shiraz taken from a site we know and love. Krondorf Shiraz by Tommy Schiller off vine at 11 baume. Immediately destemmed and direct pressed to limit colour and tannin. 100% barrel fermented, taken off lees post malo and returned to barrel. Barrel maturation for 11 months. Bright, electric raspberry red fruit, texture and length with a hint of oak structure. A chilled or cellar temp red which challenges the conventional perception of new world Shiraz.
