The 2021 Mazzini Shiraz is harvested from 3 vineyards in the Moorabool Valley, in the Geelong wine region. Moorabool Ridge, Strathmore & Parklands. Fermented in small open top pots with the use of wild yeast, then pressed to barrel for malolactic fermentation and matured in French oak for 9 months. 

All orders shipped carbon neutral with Aus Post with insurance and signature on delivery.
