What's in the glass: An unvintaged assemblage composed of casks from 2025 (43%), 2024 (24%), 2023 (16%), 2022 (9%), 2020 (2%), 2019 (4%) & 2021 + 2018 + 2017 + 2016 + 2015 = (2%).  Sourced from our five treasured plots within the Hoffmann families ‘Dallwitz’ vineyard from vines planted in 1996, 1995, 1994, 1927 & the oldest vines planted prior to 1912.  There’s a luscious quality to this release which makes for delicious youthful drinking. Enjoy now with decanting or cellar if seeking further tenderness. 6387 bottles were filled.
