We wanted this to be a progression of last year's direct pressed Shiraz rosé. We took just the free run juice to provide a little more elegance, and allowed it to see oxygen for two days to bring some caramelisation.
Serve it chilled. You don't have to but it's good.
Strawberry on the nose. Tart Montmorency cherry. Sour berry acidity. Briney finish like a dirty Margerita.
