This is a collaborative project between Si Vintners (Margaret River) and Ned Brooks (High Hopes Wine Co, one of our favourite importer/distributors) that celebrates Swan Valley’s excellent grape resources. A deeper, more layered and nuanced rosé, expect cranberry, tart cherry, pomegranate juice and licks of sweet spice and dried green herbs. Crunchy texture, a blood orange tang to finish, a touch of pepper come into play too. Refreshing and fun.
