What's in the glass: Semillion, Muscat and Pinot Gris are all vinified separately and fermented on skins for 10 days before being pressed into a mixture of barrel and tank for aging. The result is a textural, aromatic wine bursting with flavours like tangerine, ripe stone fruit like apricot and peach, and a sweet spice.
