What's in the glass: The 2025 release is a beautiful rendition of this top-flight site, benefiting from older vines that seem to push the envelope further each year. Anna Pooley’s winemaking is meticulous: hand-picked fruit undergoes fermentation with a bit of whole bunch before ageing in French oak. It’s a Pinot of rare elegance, moving away from simple fruit into a more powerful, savoury expression of place. On the palate, expect either finely boned or velvety tannins backed by a firm acidity that really drives the finish. While it offers plenty of immediate pleasure, there is enough quiet depth and structure here to reward long-term cellaring. It’s another exceptional release from a team that is currently operating at the top of their game.
