What's in the glass: Semi translucent red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Greeting the nostrils is a mix of sour to red cherries infused with fresh herbs followed by some winter strawberry, earth and spice notes. Light and energetic the palate features fruity red cherry and winter strawberry flavours over a dash of sour cherries, fresh herbs, earth and spice. Bright crunchy like acidity and fine grained tannins with a savoury red fruited finish.
