What's in the glass: The Tinderbox vineyard is perched at the entrance to the d’Entrecasteaux Channel, on top of Triassic sandstone, with sweeping views across to Bruny Island and Storm Bay. Our 2023 Pinot Noir was harvested on the 18th of April. Destemmed whole berries, fermented by wild yeasts, aged in seasoned French oak.
