Texture is key. Crunch and chew, a crushed rock kind of minerality, a bitey lime tang to acidity, faint saline characters in the mix. Nice. The perfume is relatively neutral, lime and lemon, faint passionfruit, jasmine tea. The palate is similar, quite green tea/jasmine tea-like with lemon/lime again and a splash of green apple. It's a touch watery in flavour profile, but the refreshment factor is high and that texture is en pointe. Mike Bennie
