What's in the glass: ICARO is a small, immensely exciting project by four passionate friends. Their mission is to revitalise and reintroduce the world to the wines of Romani Castelli (Roman Castles) and they’re doing a stellar job. Farming is organic and everything from grape to bottle is done by hand. 

Nemico is a blend of malvasia di candia and trebbiano, spending one night on skins. A territorial wine that has aromatic weight, skinsy substance and jovial freshness that makes it the perfect wine to party with, or alongside fresh seafood dishes.
