What's in the glass: A touch of colour here. Just a light nuttiness. My first thought is that this wine made with no sulphur additions is lightly oxidative but experience of Les Plumes suggests that this soon disappears. Really complex, with citrus notes forming a backbone with ripe apples round the edges. This wine did indeed freshen up rapidly with exposure to air. 90 POINTS - JASPER MORRIS, INSIDE BURGUNDY.
