This wine was formerly part of Domaine Confuron-Gindre but has migrated to Edouard Confuron. 40% whole bunch. One new barrel in four. A fuller bright purple. A complex if more backward nose. This fills out really well on the palate, with the new oak taking its place but in support of some high class dark cherry fruit. Very moreish but will need waiting for. A couple more tannins but they are ripe enough. Drink from 2026-2030. 92 PTS, JASPER MORRIS, INSIDE BURGUNDY
