What's in the glass: "Our first allocation of Jobard’s Bourgogne Rouge. It’s a petit Pommard blend of four lieux-dits below the village: L’Aumônne, Taupe Maison Dieu, En la Taupe, Les Crenilles. The holding covers 1.5 hectares; an additional hectare of vines was pulled out and replanted in 2024. Jobard’s harvest regime and vinification is geared towards brightness, perfume and, as Antoine himself puts it, digestibility—“It’s the kind of Burgundy I want to enjoy and to drink.” - Bibendum
