What's in the glass: A blend of 69% Pinot Noir, 21% Pinot Meunier and 2% Pinot Gris. Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Attractive scents of violet, red to dark cherries, rhubarb and dried herbs blossom from the glass trailed by some forest floor, bramble and spice notes. Very spicy the palate features red to dark cherry, rhubarb and clove flavours over a brambly forest floor like back drop. Supple mid palate feel with fine grained tannins finishing elegant, savoury and spicy.
