Jouves wine making is also carried out naturally without oenological inputs, in concrete vats, barrels and casks according to each wine's personality,

You F&@k My Wine is a blend of Juracan Noir and Malbec, from 50 year old vines. Hand harvested followed by whole bunch fermentation in oak barrels and concrete tanks. Fresh with a frisky acidity, plummy raspberries, with a touch of green herbs and spice.
