Champagne de Saint-Gall is the creation of the Cooperative Union Champagne, founded in 1966, which consists of growers who only hold Premier & Grand Cru Vineyards. They are the largest vineyard owners in Cote des Blancs. They are the premier supplier of fruit which goes on to create such iconic wines such as Taittinger Comtes, Dom Perignon & Laurent-Perrier Grand Siecle.

A wine of marvellous balance, this Champagne is a delicious blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. 36 months on lees adds depth & texture to the wine. Peach and white flesh fruits offer a subtle fruity aroma, and it shows a character of a fine vintage Champagne, with peach notes combining with a full nutty character.
