What's in the glass: A heady mousse sits well over a straw pale gold edged base. Streaming through its core is a very fine and persistent bead. Invigorating scents of baked bread, yeast lees and subtle dried honey fill the nostrils with hints of ginger, brioche and roasted almonds also chiming in. Rich and mouth filling with a creamy texture the palate is generously endowed with baked bread, yeast lees and brioche flavours which overlay a back drop of roasted almonds and citrus. Crisp acidity with some lingering oily toast like accents to the long, full aftertaste.
