What's in the in glass: It’s a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Shiraz grapes (30%) from 25 year-old vines along our front drive.  The Shiraz was whole bunch pressed, while the Cabernet was crushed before pressing. After finishing fermentation, the wine was aged in barrel for 6 months." - Yeringberg
