The 2021 vintage may well have displayed the best wine-growing conditions of the bloody decade, but all I know is that this Gru-Vee from two separate parcels in the ADL Hills has made one magnificent, aromatic full-fruited white wine worth crossing the road for. This divine wine shows how skin contact, whole bunches, cool-ferments and wild yeast can create a complex wine of citrus & floral deliciousness.
