What's in the glass: An unplanned blend that brought together two Spanish varieties and two SA growing regions. Blewitt Springs Grenache and Barmera Mencia. Both saw roughly 20% whole bunch and aged French oak in the winery. Just before bottling we thought (could these two work together?) and yep, they bloody did.
