Delicate and haunting in the front of the palate followed by layer after layer of bright red fruits and crushed rose. Time on lees has helped create a soft and creamy texture to the wine with an essence of baked custard tart. The framework is very airy with present but integrated tannins and sherbet like tartness. I call this wine a “Lune Croissant” because of its endless layers and flavour but its ability to be a light as a feather on the palate all the while never lacking in depth, magic trick of a wine. - Reed
