What's in the glass: Very vibrant ripe lemon, lime zest and kiwi fruit with a little castor sugar and green pear skin. An interesting little blossom honey twist and almost a green grape scent here as well. That palate, so fresh and clean, you crunch down on the acid but slurp up the slightly waxy, slightly pithy texture with that same green kiwi fruit flavour running the show
