What's in the glass: From two vineyards on Heathcote-Rochester Road, outside Colbinabbin, in the Heathcote G.I. Medium to long macerations of destemmed Nebbiolo from the perfumed and tense 2022 vintage combine with the more fleshy, giving 2023 vintage. Aged separately in a variety of old oak casks. Lovey tensile, balanced, and bright wine.
