What's in the glass: It’s back - just in time for summer! Whole-bunch pressed then rough settled prior to fermentation in large old oak, Qvevri and an experimental ceramic vessel. Zero additions. SO2 added at final blending. One of the best to date. Blood orange, watermelon, and grapefruit with saline acidity.
