Nals Margreid 'Pfeffersburger' Schiava 2022 - Light, bright ruby in colour, the Pfeffersburger Schiava shows all the hallmarks of quality and varietal integrity – bright red fruit and delicate lavender and cherry blossom aromas echo loud and clear on the palate. Some red plum and cherry flavours add to the juicy palate and they are beautifully complemented by fresh thyme and the most finely grained and seamlessly integrated tannins.

Pieropan Soave Classico DOC 2024 - It opens with aromas of white flowers, lemon zest, green apple, almond and crushed stone. The palate is dry, vibrant and polished, with flavours of citrus, pear and a chalky, mineral finish. It’s beautifully balanced — light in alcohol but full of energy and flavour.
