Sandy old vine vineyards at about 300m, located inland from Palermo in the north west of Sicily. Amazing value wines, the bianco is salty and crisp with a stone fruit juiciness.

Variety is Catarratto an indigenous variety to Sicily. This wine has a brief period of skin contact providing just a touch of grip on the palate with some saltiness too. Pair it up with seafood or a simply pasta with plenty of fresh herbs.
